A Market Analysis will show others your individual knowledge of the industry and your experience. It shows others that you know what you are getting into and you have good reason for it.
Company Description
Make a detailed description of your company. This will communicate to others that you know more about your company before it is created than anyone else and you know ever detail.
Organization and Management
It also may be covered in the Company Description section. Organization and Management are key for your success. Get the right people managing your business and communicate that you know how important this is.
Marketing & Sales
Here is the heart of your company. Communicate that you know and full understand that Sales and Marketing are so essential to the survival of your business. They create cashflow and growth.
Service or Product Line
What are you providing to the consumer and why would they want it. You have to love your product or service and make others love it also.
Funding Request
How much are you requesting and why? Why is this amount best and suitable for you? Is this a break even amount or an amount for you to improve your lifestyle?
Financials
Create your income statement and balance sheet with care so that others know that you know your stuff when it comes to financials.
Appendix
The section that tell people where everything is.
Many times while writing your plan it may feel like you are overlapping and writing similar things in different sections. That is okay because you will overlap. Marketing and Market Analysis have similar things to communicate to the reader. Make sure it reads well and have experienced people review it as much as possible.
