Some decide on getting a roommate because they need a companion while staying far from his family. Aside from the safety a companion offers, they share in household work and a person to talk to if you feel down. There are always options if you do not feel like living by yourself all the time. But if you can, try living alone for some time, you may enjoy the perks of being just by yourself.
